Description

When Mr. Burly’s neighbor Anne said that her friend Lial had moved over from the East Coast and was on the hunt for a “really good raspberry shrub”, he took it as a personal challenge. He tracked down some radical Oregon raspberries, used them to infuse golden balsamic vinegar, juiced the rest and then mixed it all together with a pinch of salt and, OF COURSE, a bit of apple cider vinegar. The resulting shrub syrup is truly something to be proud of. Fruity, rich, jammy and delicious. Mix it with lime juice and bubbly water for an old fashioned raspberry-lime rickey – add some gin – you know the rest. Thanks be to Anne and, by proxy, Lial! These 16oz bottles will make 16-20 sodas and up to 32 cocktails! All of our products are handmade in small batches with apple cider vinegar and turbinado sugar to assure maximum quality in flavor and healthfulness.
