One of our original seasonal expressions, the Blueberry-Rosemary Shrub Syrup combines giant handpicked blueberries from our friends at Rhythm & Blueberries out near Galt, CA. The Cotta Family and their crew wait until the blueberries ripen and pick them in waves instead of all at once. This ensures full flavor and sugar development. When we get em, we juice em up, and then grind the pulp with fresh rosemary to infuse the vinegars with. Mr. Burly swears that this takes him “right back to Sicily”. These 16oz bottles will make 16-20 sodas and up to 32 cocktails! All of our products are handmade in small batches with apple cider vinegar and turbinado sugar to assure maximum quality in flavor and healthfulness.
